xoxo cowichan


who cares about the purple shoes? get a load of that cowichan wannabe that v's rockin. sent in by "anonymous" (really? anonymous? c'mon, will ya just go ahead and delurk already? ;) anon. asks if the cowichan trend is coming or going. i honestly don't know. and i'm not sure i care. if it's good enough for marilyn, it's good enough for me!

I'm a fan of the Cowichan, but paired with a log-cabin-esque pullover, purple booties and leather leggings (really, V?). As Tim Gunn would say, that's a lot of look.

From my vantage point (old), the beautiful Cowichan isn't an easy style to pull off. Maybe if you weigh less than 80 lbs...

Now I recall where I have seen this - Nicky Eostein's latest Knitting on top of the World book. Cowichan Vsion Wrap Coat - and it is even on a blonde model.
