knit.1 had their own version in the winter 2007 issue.
fashionably late to the party, the frenchies have just launched their own homage to the gooch in the new spring '07 phildar.
personally, i prefer the original design. the puff of the sleeve is what it's all about.
speaking of phildar, this coat may have to go on my list of spring to-ducci's.

I agree. I also prefer the original. I'm sure it can't be that hard to make puff sleeves on the knit.1 version.
