rowan anna: it's a pair!
my first completed pair of socks--EVER. done. finito. ta-da!

but.

don't blink.

(sigh.)

cuz i think i'm gonna frog the hell outta them any minute now...

P.S. 9/29/06: i changed my mind. you're right. who am i kidding? i'd have to be crazy to frog all that knitting. nevermind.

they look so pretty! Are you sure there's no way to save them before you frog? Can you shrink them in the dryer, maybe?

They look really fabulous on you. Have you thought about washing them in warm water to see if they shrink some?

There is always giving them to a good friend. So sad to frog something so lovely.

the consenus is to wash in warm water and toss in the dryer 1 anna and see what happens. You have enough 4-ply to do another one if it doesnt work...and mackers has a new sock.

The socks look great. Don't frog them, if they were the first pair of socks you ever knit! Frame them and put them on the wall! Seriously!
