That could totally be my mom in the scarf I knit her the first year I had learned to knit. I used Rowan Big Wool and wanted it long enough to wrap around and still hang long and also wide enough for her to wrap her head in.
My mother is a 5'4" 78-year old woman who can barely carry the weight of the scarf. It's beautiful, but now that I think about it, I might have started the big-ass knits plague! OMG! I might be the typhoid Mary for this! --running away before the mob finds me....
my gawd - where is she? She's under attack by her scarf!

oh my gawd, it prob wasn't even an intentional pose...once they placed it around her neck she just sank from the weight.
