check out this gorgeous curlicue excessory from string yarns. it's actually three scarves, each knit in a different width and length of luscious filatura di crosa superior. the idea is to wear them all together...brilliant! talk about a statement necklace. the floaty ruffles echo the detail i'm envisioning for the drapey vest.

I adore this look. I have a bunch of Dk weight alpaca that would love to become this kind of soft ruffled shawl/scarf.
Be warned if you thought Rowan Crack Silk Haze was addicting - Superior takes you on a ride that doesn't end. I cannot say enough about the buzz of knitting or crocheting with Superior. It is so soft, so drapey and unlike KSH - totally rippable w/o snagging incidents. Also, althoug on the higher end of the scale still a good yardage value for the price.
