this may be so 2006 for some, but i can't stop drooling over this coat from alexander mcqueen's fall '06 RTW.
p.s. thanks for clueing me into the holiday '06 VK which featured a very mcqueeny-looking coat on this simpering model. i have that issue and never gave the coat a second look. funny how fit, styling and color choices can make all the difference!

I know, I love that one! Don't know if you saw it but VK knocked it off last year, it was shown in royal blue, I think in the fall issue. . .

Kate, you're right - colour and stylig can make or break a design. I wouldn't have given the blue coat a second look either!
The Vogue Knitting does not do it justice. The picture soknitpicky pointed out shows it off. It is beautiful.
